ABOUT BRADY’S
Wayne & Debbie Brady, along with their family and staff have been serving Shawano, Waupaca, Menominee, Oconto and Outagamie Counties since they began Brady's Septic Service in 1989. Combined with Wayne's previous work experience for a local septic and well business where he started as an employee in 1976 and later became a partner, Wayne has over 45 years of experience in the septic and well business.
Wayne started out as a licensed Soil Tester and septic pumper, and not too long after obtained his Master Plumber Restricted Sewer license and Pump Installer license. Son Beau, has also recently obtained his Master Plumber Restricted Service license and to say that we are all very proud of him is a huge understatement! Beau also holds a Master Septage Hauler license and Pump Installer license. Debbie and their oldest daughter, Andriea, have been the office managers/bookkeepers since the business was started. Wayne & Debbie's other daughter, Cassie, who owns Revived Salon in Shawano, has also been a part of this family owned business over the years, helping out if needed. Beau’s wife Megan, who also owns her own business, Fresh Face Company in Shawano, also helps out in the office when needed. Several dedicated employees have been added over the years as the business grew. Many of these employees are still with them today and some have obtained their credentials in the septic and well business. Their loyalty and experience have been a big part of the company growth, and we are proud to have them still a part of the company today.
Wayne and Debbie are proud to have Beau and Andriea continue on with the family business for many years to come!
